Which towns do you offer corporate housing in?

Mainly Avesta and Horndal and the surrounding area in southern Dalarna. For larger needs we can often arrange housing in neighbouring towns as well.
How many people can stay in your properties?

From 2 up to around 10 people per property. For larger groups we combine several houses and apartments.
Can staff have their own rooms?
+
Yes. We have properties with several bedrooms where each person can have their own room. Shared rooms also work if you want to keep costs down.
What is the shortest period we can rent for?
+
From a few days. Most tenants, however, rent for 1–3 months or longer during an ongoing contract.
How much notice do you need?
+
Ideally about a week, but we can often arrange housing at short notice if something is available. Call and we will get back to you quickly.
Are the properties furnished?

Yes, all properties are fully furnished with beds, kitchens and everything needed for everyday life.
Are bed linen and towels included?
+
This can be included. We add bed linen and towels with changes at the interval you choose.
Is cleaning included?
+
Cleaning is optional. You can choose cleaning before move-in, regular cleaning during the tenancy and end-of-tenancy cleaning.
What happens at crew changeovers?

We prepare the property between shifts – cleaning and changing bed linen – so the next crew can move in straight away.
Is there wifi and laundry facilities?

Yes, our properties have internet and a washing machine or access to a laundry room.
Is there parking at the properties?

Yes, parking is available at the properties, in several cases for multiple cars and service vehicles.
What does a corporate housing property cost?
+
The price depends on the number of beds, the period and the service chosen. You will receive a clear price in the proposal after your enquiry.
How does the agreement work?

We draw up a simple corporate agreement with the period, price and service. The agreement can be extended if the project runs on.
Can we extend the rental period?
+
Yes, if the property is available. Let us know as early as possible and we will hold the property for you.
